Founding Partner

With over 30 years' experience as a senior corporate executive, entrepreneur and leadership expert, Stephen has coached and led retreats and workshops with hundreds of senior executives, teams, founders and entrepreneurs across Europe, the US, Asia and Latin America.

During his career he has lived and worked in the US, Chile, Colombia and Barcelona, Spain. He has designed and led global leadership and team development programmes for clients such as Unilever, Disney, Ernst & Young, Facebook and many others.

Sylvia Sonnendrucker

High Performing Teams Facilitator

An executive coach, consultant and facilitator in leadership teams, Sylvia spent years in international banking, managing assets at BBVA, BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole across four continents. Since then she has coached hundreds of executives at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, BBVA, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bosch, L'Oréal and IKEA.

Enrique Escauriaza

After an international executive career across Spain, India, Central America and Brazil, Enrique has coached more than 1,000 executives since 2010 and delivered 500+ courses at schools including IESE, ESADE and Deusto.
